Mitsuei recessed ceiling air curtain model CS40 is designed for entrances with a false ceiling above. This model, featuring a hidden and minimalist design, is visible only through flush-level intake and discharge vents, giving the space a clean, modern appearance.

Installation and design features

Designed for recessed installation in suspended ceilings, this model is ideal for shops, office buildings, and entrances with limited space above the door, where visual elegance is a priority.

Important note for hot water coil installation

Note: To receive satisfactory heating from this unit, the inlet water temperature must be at least 70°C. Therefore, supplying this temperature with conventional wall-mounted boilers is not possible, and connection to a central boiler is recommended.

سلام. سایز 300 سانتی متری سفارشی میسازید؟

خیر، فقط سایزهای استاندارد قابل سفارش هستند. برای درب 300 سانتی می‌تونید 2تا پرده هوا CS40 سایز 150 سانتی سفارش بدید که کاملا پوشش میده و هیچ مشکلی پیش نمیاد، یا اینکه پرده هوای 300 سانتی متری FM40 رو سفارش بدید، امّا این مدل برخلاف CS40 توکار نیست.

Remote control

Mitsuei single-phase air curtain units are supplied with a remote control that allows users to adjust the motor speed and turn the unit on and off. Although the unit can also be controlled using the buttons on the air curtain's control panel, the importance of the remote control becomes even greater at entrances with greater heights or in locations where the air curtain is not easily accessible.

Magnetic Sensor

The magnetic sensor enables the air curtain to activate only when the door is open, preventing unnecessary operation while the door is closed. It consists of two parts: the first part is wired to the air curtain and installed on the fixed side of the door, while the second part functions independently and is mounted on the moving side. The magnetic sensor can be installed on various door types—hinged, automatic, sliding, roll-up, and others—made of any material.

Metal frame

Where a secure and stable installation of the air curtain is not possible at the intended location, a metal frame is installed inside the false ceiling to support the weight of the unit and prevent vibration.

The unit is connected to the metal frame using threaded rods. In addition to providing adequate strength and stability, this method also allows the installation height to be adjusted and the air curtain to be precisely leveled.

Speed adjustment

The air curtain’s motor speed and airflow intensity can be adjusted across three levels. This allows the user to set the unit according to the environmental conditions, ensuring maximum efficiency in preventing outdoor air from entering while minimizing disturbance to people in the space.

Speed can be adjusted using the remote control or the buttons built into the unit’s control panel.
