Decorative air curtain model DM40 combines architectural elegance and industrial efficiency. The air curtain with MDF front panel is the perfect choice for entrances where visual aesthetics and interior design are of high importance (such as hotels, luxury malls, halls, and modern office buildings).

  • Seamless installation for wide entrances: When the doorway is large and requires several air curtains side by side, the MDF covering is designed as a continuous and unified panel to create a luxurious and cohesive appearance.

Heating capability (hot water coil)

By default, the device functions as an air curtain, but it can also be ordered with a hot water coil to provide entrance heating during cold seasons and block cold air entry.

Important note: To use the heating function, the inlet water temperature must be above 70°C. Therefore, household wall-mounted boilers are insufficient; connection to a central boiler room is required.

Remote control

Mitsuei single-phase air curtain units are supplied with a remote control that allows users to adjust the motor speed and turn the unit on and off. Although the unit can also be controlled using the buttons on the air curtain's control panel, the importance of the remote control becomes even greater at entrances with greater heights or in locations where the air curtain is not easily accessible.

Magnetic Sensor

The magnetic sensor enables the air curtain to activate only when the door is open, preventing unnecessary operation while the door is closed. It consists of two parts: the first part is wired to the air curtain and installed on the fixed side of the door, while the second part functions independently and is mounted on the moving side. The magnetic sensor can be installed on various door types—hinged, automatic, sliding, roll-up, and others—made of any material.

Metal frame

When there is a window or glass panel above the door, a metal frame must be constructed for mounting the air curtain. The metal frame serves as a supporting structure, bearing the device’s weight. Its use improves durability and safety, playing a crucial role in the air curtain’s optimal performance.

Speed adjustment

The air curtain’s motor speed and airflow intensity can be adjusted across three levels. This allows the user to set the unit according to the environmental conditions, ensuring maximum efficiency in preventing outdoor air from entering while minimizing disturbance to people in the space.

Speed can be adjusted using the remote control or the buttons built into the unit’s control panel.
